Not all Dairy is Beneficial
If we are going to drink milk,
Pure, organic, WHOLE (raw preferably) milk is superior
to conventional whole OR skim milk.
Here is why:
Nonfat/Skim milk is overly processed with cancer causing chemicals which lead to an increase rate of prostate cancer. http://www.reuters.com/article/2008/01/02/us-nonfat-cancer-idUSHAR26781420080102
Conventional milk and added/elevated estrogen hormones have scientists very concerned about hormone dependent cancers, i.e. testes, prostate and breast.http://www.news.harvard.edu/gazette/2006/12.07/11-dairy.html
Milk in general is NOT the best source of calcium for children. Studies find children that are milk drinkers have an increase risk of advanced prostate cancer.

Calcium supplements can contain high levels of LEAD which is severely damaging to children’s developing neurological system. Please remember Children need more than just calcium for healthy bones. Trace minerals (boron, selenium), silica, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamins D, A and K2 are all important in calcium absorption and building of healthy bones and teeth.
